RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

Korthal's Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking numbers are provided to confirm delivery address entered for an order. Korthal's Collection is not responsible if customer submits order with incorrect shipping address. Upon request, Korthal's Collection will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
