Isolated Kratom tinctures contain isolated or specific alkaloids. These alkaloids can be mitragynine or 7-hydroxy mitragynine. Making Isolated Kratom tinctures is a tedious process, but it's possible. Be cautious, your family members may complain about turning the home into a chemistry lab.
The Difference Between Full Spectrum Kratom and Isolated Kratom
Refer to the table below to learn about the complete differences between the full spectrum Kratom and isolated Kratom.
Sr. No. |
Full Spectrum Kratom Tincture |
Isolated Kratom Tincture |
1. |
The full spectrum Kratom contains all the alkaloids of kratom extracts in tincture. |
The isolated Kratom tincture contains only the desired alkaloids. |
2. |
The manufacturing process of full-spectrum Kratom is relatively simpler than that of Isolated Kratom tincture. |
The making of isolated Kratom tincture is a long and complicated process. |
3. |
The effects of full-spectrum may not provide the desired result. |
The results of isolated Kratom tinctures are spot on. As they only contain alkaloids that are desired. |
The Kratom Tincture Vs. Kratom Powder
Now let's take a look at the differences between Kratom tincture and Kratom powder.

2. |
It can be made from kratom powder, Kratom leaf, Kratom capsules, and Kratom flowers. |
It can be made from Kratom extracts. |
3. |
Due to the presence of raw alkaloids, tincture is considered more potent than powdered form. |
Kratom powder may contain impurities. Hence, the powdered form is considered less potent than the tincture form of Kratom. |
4. |

Tincture Bottle

-
Citric Acid

Ethanol

Resealable Glass Jar

Cheesecloth
Step-by-Step Process
This recipe is for single serving only. If you want to make more than one serving. Double the amount of Kratom extracts or powder and ethanol accordingly.

Step - 2
Once you are done with the first step, slowly add citric acid to the beaker or the container. Keep adding citric acid drop by drop until the PH number turns four. You can use PH strips to measure the PH number of the solution.
Step - 3
Shake the mixture for at least 2 hours. The extraction process of Kratom alkaloids initiates. It will give you the highest quality of Kratom tincture. You don't have to shake it continuously for 2 hours. You can shake it for 10 minutes and take a break of a minute or two.
Step - 4
Once you have shaken your tincture well, store it in a dark and cool place for at least two weeks.
